    Challenging conversations abound in our work and life. Many of us avoid them even when these conversations are necessary. We fear confrontation, resistance and losing harmony. This one-on-one intensive training will build your communication skills, and improve your relationships, teamwork, and business performance. It starts with understanding win-wins, and listening fully to hear the other party’s needs. We will work on specific cases and build your communications muscle.
