You disappeared.   And so did I.  We both disappeared I guess

And yet, we’re still connected.  The past carries us to the now.

And possibly the future.  Everything is always possible isn’t it?

You appeared.  So did I.  We both appeared I guess

At the same time.  Connected.  To our past and present.

And what a wide-eyed future we have!

The wind rushes through my hair

We glance into each other’s eyes

Smiles flicker across our faces

You.  I.  We.  Together.  Always!
